Registration transfers may be arranged internally through your local church. Once your slot has been confirmed, it is considered sold on our end and is no longer transferable through the event organizers.
No. All attendees must be officially registered due to capacity and security protocols.
All official delegates will receive an ID upon registration, which must be worn at all times for security and access to the venue. Even registered spouses and children will receive an ID.
For Metro Manila pastors and staff, IDs will be distributed on November 5 at the Staff Convergence at the Every Nation Building. More details will be provided soon.
Admin point persons from nearby provinces may also claim their delegates’ IDs on this date.

Once released, it is your responsibility to keep your ID safe and bring it to the venue. Your ID will serve as your official pass and must be worn at all times during the event for security and access.

Yes. To help manage crowd flow and ensure safety, all attendees must enter and exit through designated points. Signage and team members will guide you to the proper entry and exit lanes throughout the day.
Everyone is encouraged to stay at the sessions to maximize learning and building together, but should you need to leave the venue, please know that security and safety protocols will still apply at all entry points.

Yes, SMX Clark has designated parking areas. Overflow parking is also available at SM City Clark.
Doors will open at 10AM on November 10, and at 8AM on November 12 and 13. We recommend arriving early to allow time for registration, fellowship and settling in.

Yes, a medical team will be on standby throughout the event. In case of emergency, please proceed to the designated Help Desk and Medic booths.

All sessions will be held indoors. Covered walkways and mall access provide added protection, but we recommend bringing a small umbrella just in case.
Yes, you may exit during breaks and re-enter as long as you are wearing your ID. Please be mindful of session times so you don’t miss any part of the program.
