Strategically located in the heart of Central Luzon, SMX Convention Center Clark is a world-class events venue within the SM City Clark complex—just 15 minutes away from Clark International Airport and easily accessible via major highways like SCTEX and NLEX. Adjacent to SM City Clark, attendees have immediate access to a wide array of dining options.

There will be programs specifically for children 2–12 years old and will run during the sessions. This will be a Scripture-based time of ministry, learning, and creative fun.

Frequently asked questions
Registration
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Registration transfers may be arranged internally through your local church. Once your slot has been confirmed, it is considered sold on our end and is no longer transferable through the event organizers.
Is walk-in registration allowed?
No. All attendees must be officially registered due to capacity and security protocols.
What should I bring as proof of registration?
All official delegates will receive an ID upon registration, which must be worn at all times for security and access to the venue. Even registered spouses and children will receive an ID.
How will I receive my conference ID?
For Metro Manila pastors and staff, IDs will be distributed on November 5 at the Staff Convergence at the Every Nation Building. More details will be provided soon.
Admin point persons from nearby provinces may also claim their delegates’ IDs on this date.
All other IDs will be distributed onsite:

- November 11: starting at 10:00 AM, Hall 1 G/F
Once released, it is your responsibility to keep your ID safe and bring it to the venue. Your ID will serve as your official pass and must be worn at all times during the event for security and access.
What happens if I lose my ID during the event?
Please report immediately to the Help Desk. Once your identity is verified, we will issue a temporary proof of registration to allow you continued access to the venue.
Venue Entrance & Exits
Is there a designated entrance and exit?
Yes. To help manage crowd flow and ensure safety, all attendees must enter and exit through designated points. Signage and team members will guide you to the proper entry and exit lanes throughout the day.
Can I enter the venue at any time during the day?
Everyone is encouraged to stay at the sessions to maximize learning and building together, but should you need to leave the venue, please know that security and safety protocols will still apply at all entry points.
Kids Facilities
What age brackets are allowed inside the kids facility?
There will be programs specifically for children ages 0–12, which will run during the sessions. Please note that childcare is not provided for infants and toddlers under 2 years of age. However, there will be a designated area for parents with infants for your convenience.
What do I need to pack for my child?
A checklist will be provided, but please prepare to bring your child’s ID, an extra change of clothes, and any necessary medical items.
Are parents allowed to stay with their kids in the facility?
The kids facility is designed for drop-off and supervised care. However, there will be a designated space for parents with infants.
Transportation Options & Mobility
Is Grab available in Clark?
Yes, Grab is available in Clark, although availability may vary depending on time and demand. We recommend arranging your rides in advance or traveling in groups.
Are taxis or public transport accessible near SMX Clark?
Yes, taxis and jeepney routes are available nearby. SMX Clark is located beside SM City Clark, a central hub for local transport.
Can I use Waze or Google Maps to navigate to the venue?
Yes. Simply search for “SMX Convention Center Clark” on either app. A venue map with key landmarks and parking instructions will also be provided.

Is there an official conference hotel?
There is no single official hotel, but we’ve shortlisted several accommodations within 10 km of SMX Clark. Check this website or emails for the full list and links.
Are there discounted hotel rates for attendees?
We are working with partner hotels to offer discounted rates. Promo codes and booking links will be shared via email.
Will transportation be provided?
Local churches are responsible for arranging transportation for their delegates. We highly encourage carpooling or coordinating group travel.
What’s the nearest airport?
Clark International Airport (CRK) is just 15 minutes away from the venue. Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Manila is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours away via expressway.
Are shuttle services provided from the airport or hotels?
No official shuttles are provided. Please coordinate your transport with your church team. Ride-sharing and group bookings are recommended.
Can I bring my own vehicle? Where do I park?
Yes, SMX Clark has designated parking areas. Overflow parking is also available at SM City Clark.
Will early registration be available at the venue?
Doors will open at 10AM on November 10, and at 8AM on November 12 and 13. We recommend arriving early to allow time for registration, fellowship and settling in.
Meals & Amenities
Are meals provided?
Meals will not be provided.
Will there be a café or food stalls on-site?
SMX Clark is located next to SM City Clark, which has a wide variety of dining options just steps away.
Are water refilling stations available?
Yes. Water stations will be available throughout the venue. Please bring your own water bottle or tumbler.
What should I pack for the conference?
A complete checklist will be sent before the event. Here’s a preview:

- Light jacket (Optional, venue may be cold)
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are, but we recommend comfortable and modest clothing. Smart casual is preferred for plenary sessions.

Will there be a livestream for those who cannot attend in person?
At the moment, BUILD PH 2025 is an in-person event only. We aim to foster a shared physical experience—but post-event recordings may be made available.
Safety, Medical, Lost & Found
Will medical assistance be available onsite?
Yes, a medical team will be on standby throughout the event. In case of emergency, please proceed to the designated Help Desk and Medic booths.
What should I do if I lose a personal item?
Please report lost items to the designated Help Desk. Recovered items will be stored securely and released after verification.
Extra Tips & Good-to-know
What happens if it rains?
All sessions will be held indoors. Covered walkways and mall access provide added protection, but we recommend bringing a small umbrella just in case.
Can I leave the venue during breaks?
Yes, you may exit during breaks and re-enter as long as you are wearing your ID. Please be mindful of session times so you don’t miss any part of the program.
Will there be charging stations for gadgets?
A limited number of outlets may be available in common areas. We recommend bringing a power bank to stay connected throughout the day.
Are pets allowed at the venue?
No. Pets are not allowed inside the venue.
